El Espiritu Santo A Pentecostal Perspective. This book presents a deeper theological position on the Pentecostal view of the person and work of the Spirit. Dr. Palma deals with the initial, physical evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit (which he defines as speaking in tongues), and seeks to offer a new approach, while remaining classically Pentecostal in his point of view. He also challenges the Pentecostal interpretation of John 20:22 as the new birth of the eleven disciples of Christ. In this book, Dr. Palma also presents, as a Greek language scholar, studies on relevant Greek words.
